Happy New Year 2012 - New Menu Introduced !

a never ending quest ! it's about time to change the menu, as part of our continuous improvement made to our cafeteria, a new set of menu is now introduced - as below. Mee Bandung Muar is now the one of the hottest item during the pilot stage last Dec and we are quite confident of putting this for a longer period of time. enjoy !

actually, we havn't gotten a chance to update this. just like last year, After
Raya seems to be busier then ever as orders and customers have increased after a month plus of festive season.
We have actually removed the glass walls to promote more free flowing customers and also to move towards an open concept style premium cafe. we still maintain our original concept. small yet punchy !
lunch buffet was introduced while ala-carte menu (mee goreng, nasi goreng etc..) have also started. not fully as we still in the trial phase. A new set of menu is set to be launched in due time and more new things will be introduced soon. More exciting developments are coming up !

Inline with our expansion, new products are added from to time, as below. Response ? Since introduced last month, they managed to attract our partons in carrying home some quantities. As such, La Saze management has agreed to continue them for sometime, atleast until end of May. kinda pilot phase of some forms. We can assure you that they are homemade and from premium ingredients only.

and by the way, our Deluxe Burger is the most popular this month. definitely ours are not "Big-Mac" or Otai burgers but some say the grilled-cheese melted (yes, we grilled the cheese together) perfectly with the patties, mmm... may be. But Chef Ila said it is due to special sauce used mixed with the way the temperature is controlled. thank you Ms L... from BXXXdier KLIA for supporting us thus far.

memandangkan ramai bertanya kek apa yang di kedai sekarang, maka kami dengan ini mempamerkan beberapa kek yang ready stok dan sedia dijual. ini juga untuk mengelakkan ramai pelanggan yang frust sebab kek idaman (i.e. La Saze's own Tiramisu & Oreo cheese kek) habis dijual. On 22 Jan 2011, we catered for Seriemas again for the launching its new phases of new housing project. We provided a slightly different products (mainly pastries, choc mousse, pudding & fruit tartlets) to suit the "light hi-tea" theme as required. As usual, it was a truly magnificient event where quality and professional services are needed especially in a new property launching ceremony as this. La Saze fits perfectly well in such occasion.

OK. 1st of all, Happy New Year 2011 !!! so sorry for the delays due to usual end-of-the-year hectic assignments and orders etc... interesting developments since last updating basically. after puasa/raya seemed to be like a revenge to our customers. Also, due to limited cafe space especially during peak time, pretty sad to see some customers had to take away (tapau ler) than dining in and enjoying the La Saze environment. (mainly the Mee Rebus Haji Sahak and the 9" pizza).

Since Raya, several events were organized. birthdays parties by our customers happened several times (thk you Auntie Yasmeen, Jacob and Uncle Yin) and reunions of customers' old friends and families (thk you Ainoon and her fellows). anyway, thank you all and enjoy some of the images !

we were invited to several events actually. but worth mentioning was on 11 Dec 2010, we were invited as the caterer for Seriemas Development Sdn Bhd's launching of their new property. http://www.seriemas.com.my/ A superb place to stay in greater KLIA where quality living starts once you pass the estate entrance (or after the waterfall entrance as the locals say it).. The event was truly a classy affair which not many you can find such occasions nearby here.

Suitable with the theme, we were honored with the invitation and pleased with responses so far. Well, we provided the most top-notch products our cafe can offer such as Choc Roll, Choc Mousse, Pizza and Caramel puddings. thank you for the opportunities so far.

Kami dijemput untuk sama-sama memeriahkan acara sukaneka yang julung kali diadakan di Kota Seriemas hari ini. La Saze Cafe membuka "mini-stall" dan menjual sandwich dan pastries yang ringkas seperti muffin, cream-puff dan eclair. Mee Rebus Haji Sahak (MRHS) juga tidak ketinggalan tapi dlm pakej "take-away" dan dengan harga yang jauh lebih kompetitif. Sejumlah lebih 150+ bungkus sandwich disediakan dan agak terperanjat juga kami kerana ia telah disapu licin dan diborong sebelum pukul 12 tengahari oleh pengunjung yang rata-ratanya memerlukan alas perut ringan disukaneka tersebut. Terima kasih kerana sokongan yang diberikan and terima kasih juga kepada pihak pengurusan Seriemas Dev Sdn Bhd kerana mempercayai kami sebagai salah satu operator makanan disana.

Feature Story: Mee Rebus Haji Sahak (MRHS)

Dah lebih 4 bulan kami lancarkan produk terbaru kami.. alhamdulilah.. sambut amat mengalakkan. Kuah MRHS terdiri terhasil daripada campuran rempah asli daripada Batu Pahat dan dicampur dengan pes segera asli. Mee kuning yang telah dilecurkan (tahukah anda bahawa lain jenama menghasilkan tahap lecuran yang berbeza dan di La Saze, kami mempunyai cara yang paling sesuai untuk menghidangkannya) akan dihidangkan dengan keropok garing, tahu segar, bawang goreng, taugeh, lada hijau India segar, telur rebus, daun sup, daun bawang dan kuah MRHS. MRHS adalah resipi turun-temurun.

Ada yang suka kuah banjir dan ada yang suka kuah yang sedikit kerana ingin menikmati dan "menyedut" kelemakan dan kemanisan kuahnya sambil mengunyah "isi kandungan" yang disediakan. MRHS sedap dihidangkan panas dengan disulami dengan sedikit daun sup dan lada hijau. ayuh kesini dan untuk pengalaman yang sangat berbeza.. "the moment is yours..."

Walk away from MyMydin entrance towards bus stop at Jalan Jijan, you can definitely find us at the corner. Great on anyday, afternoon or evening especially on weekends, sitting and watch everybody walk by, monitor your kids at the children's playground or feel the mist of the fountains, is indeed very enjoying. And the most is to have much better food quality (talking about the whole package...) than most of other dining places nearby.

La Saze has been the 1st place for Pn Ann to meet her relatives after she finished her confinement period (habis pantang lah ni).

Lately, we organized several "evening retreats" for Malaysia Airport VIP clients (terima kasih Mr. Jason & colleagues). One a recent example, Hj Mohsin (our frequent partons. terima kasih Ji) came with his business directors and ordered 8 pieces of 16" pizza of mix peperoni and hawaiian chic toppings and lucky he made an advanced call to order.

We can even cater for private birthday parties with your choice of food. We can even bring you the surpised cake with the candles you know..

you can decide to stay inside or even enjoy the breeze of outside's air or even listen to Mydin's FM.

Inside, it is air-conditoned and there is an entrance way facing our cake chiller and our large screen LCD TV. Our walls are mainly glass walls, which makes the place space open and spacious. Easily visible from outside for you to see and to be seen. yup..not much place if you want to be seen nearby. We are sure you don't want to organize your appointment or even impress your date in a noisy and lousy-dirty-flithy environment huh..

La Saze is furnished with comfortable chairs and small tables, designed with lots of small intimate spaces for quiet conversations. Hey, we even have bookshelves with variety of books ranging from the sports, cars, vacation, guitars, home decoration and those can be seen from the entranceway as well.

yeah.. whatever your choice is, our professional staff are here to assist and provide the fullest assistance ever... ohh we forgot to mention that we have FREE WIFI lah ! La Saze Cafe is sure the meeting place to be..

Coffee - Cakes - Pizza

yup ..it's our speciality. our coffee is freshly ground, which at the moment is mainly using Santino and Coffex beans. We have tried several brands before and finally end up with it. Coffee tasting is done from time to time and we open up ourselves for other type of coffee beans brands in the future. The coffee aroma can felt once you entered LS. Coupled with our mini grinder and espresso coffee machine, we serve Espresso coffee (single shots), espresso coffee (double shots), macchiato, Cappucino , Cafe-Latte, Mochacino, Iceblended cappucino and even use for our cakes.

We often face questions asking the difference between the "Malaysian" coffee, kopitiam and "imported" types of coffee. Well, what can we say is that, the quality is totally diferent and we shall discuss this in the next blog.

Our cakes is our next product where we prepare most cheesecakes by our ownselves. The most popular ones at the moment are the New York cheesecake, Tiramisu, oreo cheesecakesand Blueberry cheesecakes. Besides cheesecakes, we do have Chocolate Fudge, Black Forest, Eclair, Cream Puff, variety of cupcakes and muffins.

Pizza is sold in slices, 9" crust, 12" crust and even an odd large size of 16" crust. Beef peperoni, chicken peperoni, chicken salami, vegetables and seafood are offered and the most favourite is the type where 1/2 of the crust is beef peperoni while the other 1/2 is chicken salami. We only use the most premium mozzarella cheese with the best sauce available in the market. we can even mix it all if you want to. All are freshly baked here...

La Saze Cafe is a new cafe situated within Mydin, Kota Seriemas, Nilai, Malaysia, providing a new dine-in alternative to the surrounding areas. Run by the locals and a true believer in clean, punchy quality food.. specializing in Coffee, Cakes and Pizza... (more on our products soon.. sabar lah yer..)

1st day? wow.. tiring, cautious but extremely satisfied.. was quite surprised to see support given by the patrons especially a relief for residents to see such concept cafe is now available here.. we cater especially for Kota Seriemas, Enstek, Salak/Salak Tinggi, LBJ, Sendayan, Jijan (must huh !..)residents, students, outer KLIA district and even to Nilai town and Sepang area..
